We began many aspects of this program around 8 years ago as the World’s Best Boot Camp Memphis, and we’ve been #strongertogether ever since. We have since rebranded to LivActive, and have added many new features to the program, but many of the tenants of our original bootcamp are still present today.
Intimidation Factor = 0
We don’t use barbells in this class, so if you’re not sure about the weights, this is a great choice for you. Also, many of our people have never worked out in their life before getting started with us, so you’re in good company!

Every class, we focus on not only the physical aspects of training, but also the mental aspects as well. No, we aren’t going to yell at you. This is not your Full Metal Jacket boot camp.
