Chaos happens. I, of all people should know. Here’s where I’m at, our business has been upside down working on construction for the last few months. My kitchen is currently torn apart since we are finally getting our cabinets replaced after waiting for insurance to come through since March of 2019. To top it all off, Krystal and I are having a baby. All good things.
Whew!! it’s a crazy time in our lives. With all this chaos it’s easy to just slough off from fitness and nutrition, and let’s be honest, I have. I have been having a hard time getting a workout in, and that has led to me struggling with nutrition. You see, we all go through it. We can all make excuses, but what we really need to do is just accept that is where we are at.
We ALL go through chaos at times. The key is to understand that things happen and to not let it spin out of control. If you have a week that’s crazy, do what you can, but make sure you do something. No matter how small. One training session is better then zero. Eating well 4 meals out of the week is better than none. The next week, step it up a bit. We’ve got this. Step it up, and get back on the wagon.
