10-6-16… Are You Practicing the Disciplines?

Are you practicing the disciplines that are required to make you successful?

What are those disciplines?  I bet if you thought about it for a second you could come up with them.

What do we talk about to help you be successful?

Consistency is #1.  

Are you being consistent in your training?  

Nutrition is #2

Are you following the guidelines we are giving you or are you just paying lip service to the ideas?

Are you 100% Paleo 80% of the time?  That may or may not get you results.

Patience is #3

It takes time to get to where you want to go. Are you practicing patience and looking at the long term picture?

Coach-ability is #4

Are you remaining coachable and listening at all times to the coaches?  Do you do your homework and practice mobility and the things that we give you?

If you can practice those 4 disciplines you’ll be enormously successful.

If you don’t, you may or may not be successful, but you’ll always struggle with an internal dissonance because you can’t kid yourself.  You can do whatever you want but deep down inside you’ll know whether you’re doing what you need to do to be successful.
