There are millions of articles with information on how to get fit, eat right etc on the internet. Yet many of you don’t get the results you want. Why do you think that is?
In my opinion there are two main reasons…
1) Information overload
There is just simply too much information out there to make sense of it all. Are eggs bad for you or good for you? Should you eat honey nut cheerios to help with your heart or go keto? Should you run all the time, or lift weights? The list goes on on and on.
You invest in a coach because if they are quality, they have already distilled the information for you. They have proven systems in place that actually get results. They’ve spent years and years studying and perfecting their craft and can save you tons of head aches and mistakes. Usually the time saved alone is worth the investment.
2) Oversight
If someone isn’t watching over you and holding you accountable, the chances of you actually staying consistent and doing the things you’re supposed to do becomes much less likely. Let’s face it, how many times have you started something and then stopped? Admit it, I know you. 🙂 If your coach is worthwhile they will check in on you make sure you are showing up consistently, and make sure you’re continually progressing.
