One of the things we pride ourselves on at LivLimitless is our focused effort on tracking YOUR progress.
Unless you’re working with a personal trainer, or doing all the progress tracking yourself, there are not many programs in this area that track your progress. Especially not to the extent that we do. We do baseline measurements, movement screenings, and testings. We do goal setting sessions, accountability check ins, nutrition check ins if you need it, as well as track attendance.
The reason we do this is because we know without a shadow of a doubt that those little things make all the difference in the world when it comes to you actually achieving your goals.
We are one of the few gyms in the city that hire full time staff. We do this so we can offer you full time service. Our coaches are working their tales off to make sure you’re getting what you need. Most gyms hire part time staff. It saves on payroll and benefits and many times allows them to offer an inferior and lower quality service at a discounted rate. For example, did you know there is a gym in town that has a staff of 20+ part time coaches? None of those coaches are really trained outside of a weekend seminar, and I guarantee most of them aren’t spending time working on tracking and keeping you progressing. I’m not trying to talk bad about other gyms because that’s not what I’m about. The point I’m trying to make is simply we are dedicated to you achieving your goals, and our staff is focused on making sure you’re getting what you need.
That being said, my question to you is….
Are you taking advantage of it? When our coaches reach out to set up check ins are you avoiding them? Are you not attending classes at the gym? Are you doing everything you can to meet us halfway in the process?
I write this not to call anyone out but to challenge you to take personal inventory. If you want results, accountability and the most from the program you’ve chosen to invest in, let’s work together to take advantage of what we offer, and exponentially increase your level of success.
