Do you spend a lot of time wishing you had the results but figure out
some reason why you can’t have them?
Many people want to have a 6 pack
or lose body fat, or run a 5k, or (insert goal here), but they spend all
of their effort wishing and none of their effort doing something about
it.
If you want to lose body fat, hire a coach, join a gym etc.
If you want
to have a 6 pack join a gym and hire a nutrition coach.
If you want to
run a 5K get a coach to help you run a 5K.
Whatever your goal is, seek
out some kind of help to get you there and do it.
