A pastor at a local church was a client, and trained with us for about 5 years. He loves what we do and always speaks very highly of our program.
When we started the World’s Best Bootcamp program he mentioned it to people, and Krystal Durfee decided she wanted to be a part of it. When Krystal started her first camp, she just wanted to finish it. She didn’t do any of the nutrition, and she complained a lot about how hard the workouts were.
She saw great results in the first camp and decided to do the second camp. This time she focused on the nutrition aspect of it as well as the training and saw even better results. After the second bootcamp, she spoke with me about CrossFit. She wasn’t sure she could do it, but I convinced her that she was ready. She told me that, ‘either this is going to work, or I’m going to quit everything and be the fattest, happiest, person in the world.’ Fast forward a year and of course it worked. She lost over 35lbs of fat, and dropped 18 inches off of her. She went from a size 12 to a size 2.
CrossFit Bartlett now LivLimitless was such an enormous life change for her, that she decided that she wanted to do this full time as a career, so she left her full time job, and made the transition to come work with us full time.
You see, that one simple invite from an friend to introduce Krystal to our program changed her entire life, and now she’s a member of the staff changing other people’s lives.
Not to mention she has become the love of my life, and we now share an amazing relationship together!

Whether you realize it or not, people are watching you, and they’re envious of what you’re doing. They think they can’t do it. They think it’s too hard. This is your chance to show them that they can do it. You can be the catalyst for life change in someone else. What an awesome opportunity it is for you to change someone’s life just by sharing something that you love.
So invite your friends, invite your co workers, invite your enemies, let them know what we can do for them and they can try it out for a week!
