3-12-19… How Much Runway Do You Need?

Airplanes have to be moving fast enough to be able to take off.  In order to hit that speed the pilot needs enough runway to make it happen.

The same applies to our fitness.  We get all excited and motivated and take off with great velocity but many times we lose focus before we’ve allowed ourselves enough runway to take off.

How are those New Year’s resolutions going?

Did you apply enough pressure over time to reach maximum speed for results? or are you getting frustrated because you haven’t allowed yourself a long enough runway?
