Yesterday I turned 38 years old. Holy smokes has it been a crazy year. I’ve had a lot of struggles this past year dealing with different things that have gotten in the way of my fitness. Even as a fitness business owner it’s difficult to keep up sometimes. A ton has happened this year….
We bought a commercial building and moved our gym to it’s forever home. I can’t even begin to explain the amount of stress that was involved with that, but I’m so grateful we were able to.
Krystal and I have gotten pregnant and we are going to have a baby!! I can’t believe it’s really happening. We decided over a year ago we are going to try and we almost gave up before it finally happened. I’m so grateful for those gifts.
I’m also grateful that I’m running a business that is changing thousands of lives, and we’ve got some very exciting things in the works with that.
I’m married to my love Krystal, and we run the business together. Our life together is amazing and I’m so grateful every day that I get to share life with her. It’s so awesome working with my partner in life and creating the work and life of our dreams. It’s been a crazy and stressful year, but I’m so excited to be facing it together with Krystal.
The kids have done amazing this year, and they are super excited about the baby. I feel very strongly that 38 will be the best year yet, and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for the Emmons family!
Arnold has always been a hero of mine. His work ethic is insane, and his level of success is due to his tenacity and failure to quit.
