3-21-18… #Skillz..

What we do is hard.  Let’s face it, many of the movements that we program are difficult to accomplish.

Can you think of something you’d like be able to do as prescribed but can’t due to a lack of skill?  After 18.4 last weekend I can think of quite a few people, myself included that need hand stand push up work.

Muscle Ups

Double Unders

Pull Ups

Kipping Pull Ups

Hand Stand Push Ups

Hand Stands

Those are just to name a few things that require extra work to develop the skill to be able to accomplish them.

Are those things you’d like to work on?

What about running?  Running can be treated as a skill. We teach a skill called POSE running that is faster, more efficient and causes less injuries.

Example: I took a girl who had stress fractures in both her legs from cross country running after working with me for around 10 sessions she could run barefoot, pain free on concrete.

Mobility anyone?

Do you struggle with postural issues? Do you have random pains, tightness, weakness, injuries you need to work on, etc all the time?  Mobility is something that everyone could work on.

Nutrition accountability a problem?

If you’re not in the nutrition program, maybe you could benefit from meeting with a coach for 30 minutes once a week to help you over the hump in that area of your life.

Here’s what we’ve developed for you to hit those areas needing improvement…..

30 minute, 1 on 1, Skill Sessions in a personal training format.

You’ll get 30 minutes 1 on 1 with a coach to go over the specific skill.  They will teach you and work on drills etc with you.  If necessary they will give you programs to work on at home as well to develop the skill.

Who wouldn’t benefit from some 1 on 1 time with a coach for several weeks?
