4-1-21…I Can’t…

There are many times I hear the words “I Can’t” in life and in the gym.

Next time you think about saying “I Can’t”, try replacing it with the phrase, “I Won’t.”

For example replace, “I can’t lose weight,” with “I won’t do the things that I need to do to lose weight.”

Replace, “I can’t run a mile or a 5k,” with “I won’t put in the hard work it will take to get me to run that 5k.”

Replace, “I can’t make it to the gym 3 times a week,” with “I won’t make the commitment it takes to be consistent at the gym.”

You get the point. What is a “can’t”/ “won’t” that you will replace with “will”?
