Going into this new cycle it’ll be imperative that you track your progress.
We will be increasing weight every week based off of last exposure. In order for you to maximize this programming it’s CRITICAL you track what you do.
Whatever method you use, just write down what you did, especially when it comes to your lifting and accessory lifts.
