How many times have you failed in your life? How many times have you failed in the fitness endeavor? We often fail and then put it on ourselves that we are a no good failure, but in reality it was just an opportunity to learn what not to do.

We see people all the time who have failed in their fitness pursuits. Then they seek us out to learn what to do. What has caused you to fail in the past? What did you learn? What are you doing differently now?
