One of the best compliments you could give us is referring a friend to us. If you love what we do and it’s changed your life for the better it’s an amazing thing to help share what we do with others and create the opportunity for us to change their life as well.
Many of you don’t know how to approach the subject. The best thing to do is to post something on social media and say what you’ve accomplished. We love love love seeing your progress and it makes a huge statement for us when you share it with us and tag us (LivLimitless) in the posts. When you do that your friends can see your progress and will be interested in what you’re doing.
When they are interested the next step would be to get them to talk to one of us. Our goal is to speak with them about the program and get them to sit down with us for a consultation. You don’t have to sell them on the program or convince them it’s worth it etc. The only thing you need to do is get them connected with us and we can do the rest. We can sit down with them delve into their goals and see if we have a good fit for a program that’s right for them.
We can do this a couple of different ways….
1) You can have them call us. This tends to be the least effective because people will say they will call and then get busy and never call.
2) You can ask them to fill out the more information sheet on our website, we can then get in touch with them.
3) You can ask them if you can fill out the more information sheet for them. This tends to be pretty effective. They know you’re doing it, so they aren’t surprised when we call, and it actually got done because you helped them do it.
4) You can ask them if it’s ok for us to get in contact with them, let them know we will contact them, then give us their information. This works ok, as long as the person knows we are going to contact them.
Many times our first thought is that we can bring our friends to a class and introduce them to the program that way. This tends to not work out well, unless the class is a specific bring a friend event. The reason why is, we haven’t been over basic movements with them, so we spend a ton of time teaching them things they usually get in a baseline assessment. Then it can become overwhelming for them and they can get turned off. So the best thing for us to do to get them here is speak with them first.
We appreciate you being part of the family, and we know through experience and research that you will be way more successful if you have a support group around you. Friends that train together succeed together. So we’d love the opportunity to share our program with your friends.
Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to help you.
