It sounds so simple, but for so many it’s so very hard…..
Just move. Sometimes that’s all you need to do. Sometimes that’s all you can do. Whether it’s go for a walk around your block, run a 5k, do 10 push ups before lunch. You should be doing some kind of movement every day. It doesn’t have to be some elaborate thing, and many times we make it more complicated than it has to be. I know, I own a gym, but this goes along with what we do. Our goal is to help people be healthy and for that to happen it requires movement.
The whole world has stopped for a minute. Many people are filling that void with netflix and unhealthy food. Control what you can control and get up and move some every day. Even if it’s something small. When you want to take it to the next level at home, or in the gym we are here for you.
But many of you just need to get up and do something. Just move. Let the rest fall into place as you go.
