6-9-20…. What’s Your Point Of View…

IMG_9789

What’s your point of view?  Are you constantly negative on things?  Is it always, ‘this is going to be too hard,’ or ‘I only did x,y,z,’ or ‘I have to do x, y, z,’ etc?

Or are you looking for the positive side of the situation?  Your choice of how you view things matters in how it affects you.  Most people think it’s just how they are wired, and this can be true to some extent, but you can actually rewire your brain.  By focusing on positive things you can, over time, change your brain to have a more positive outlook on life.

The same thing is true for the negative, by focusing on negative things, you can train your brain to only focus on negative.  Everyone knows a miserable person that is never happy and sucks the joy from you.  #thanksfornoticingme

That being said, as much as we don’t want to admit it, choosing and brining joy is just that….. a choice.

What can you do to bring joy or choose joy today?

What kind of positive outlook can you cast on your day today?

How can we change our point of view?
