Here at CFB we strive hard to create a phenomenal community, and by doing so it’s created a culture of celebration and inclusion which is getting people the best results of their life.  Since people are doing so well in our program, the program is growing and we have added a bunch of new people lately.  People who want to join the tribe, and go further then they ever have in the past with their fitness.

Let’s welcome them with open arms into our classes.  We are so excited to see where they can go, and so happy they’ve chosen our community to help them achieve their goals!
