8-5-20… Steal The Time From Comfort

This idea I borrowed from Seth Godin here!  

Here is the thing…

We all have the same amount of time every day; 24 hours.  You have 24 hours to accomplish what you want to accomplish, then tomorrow is a new day.  You get to reset.  Leave tomorrow behind and start anew, or build on what you did yesterday- your choice. 

We all fall into these patterns of comfort, and we make choices every day that keeps us there.  In order for us to really accomplish something worth noting, we must steal time away from comfort.  Nothing good in life comes without work and discomfort.  It takes dedication, effort, and most importantly time away from what’s comfortable to actually achieve your fitness goals.

Working out takes time and is definitely uncomfortable.  Here was my Tuesday…
