One of the most important things that matters more than anything else on your way to results is being consistent.
I’m not talking about just in your exercise but in everything that you do.
You should be consistent with your training. Are you coming 3-4 times a week every week? Or are you coming 1 x this week, 2 x next week, maybe hit 3 one week?
If you’re not being consistent it’ll seriously hinder your results.
BUT if you are being consistent it’ll fast track your results.
Being consistent is critical in your results. It is also critical for you to experience our amazing community here at CFB. By being consistent, you meet people and they become your second family. It’s best to figure out a routine that works for you and you’ll be much more successful.
That being said, sometimes we fall out of rhythm. It’s not the end of the world if you do. All you have to do is get back on the wagon per se. Hop back into the fray. Show up tomorrow. You’re not a bad person if you miss a workout. It’s not the end of the world, but it is key to get back on track, and get back into that rhythm. The most important person you can take care of is yourself. Let’s make sure that happens.
This week we are back to regular programming. We start a new lifting cycle. We start a new cycle of programming. It’s a great week to get back on track.
See you at the gym!
