One of the keys to success in life is to be intentional with what you do. Marriages do not work unless you work at them and are intentional with serving your partner in order to make it work. Productivity doesn’t happen unless you are intentional with your actions. Relationships don’t develop unless you are intentional with your actions to make a relationship grow. Religion falls by the way side unless you are intentional with your dedication to it. Musicians do not become professional or better unless they are intentional with their practice efforts. Most successes in business and in your working life do not happen if you are not intentional with your actions to make them be successful. Their is no such thing as an overnight success. Where am I going with this?
Your fitness will not be successful unless you are intentional with it. You must be intentional with your nutritional efforts. You must be intentional with your consistency of training. You must also be intentional with your programming. (If you are a member at CFB that is taken care of for you) You must also be intentional when you train at the gym. Show up with a purpose. Look at the workout and attack it with a purpose and a goal. Be intentional on your efforts and you will be shocked at the successes you will have.
