Making a Choice CrossFit in Memphis

Fit in or Stand out.

Avoid criticism or seek it out.

Follow the manual or write the manual.

Do what works or do what the common belief is.

You have a choice to make everyday.  You can run with the herd or you can take the road less traveled.  Many times the road less traveled while risky, also has the greatest return.  In reality, what is more risky, staying with the pack and facing mediocrity or stepping out and facing criticism?  I choose the latter.  I believe, it’s better to have tried and failed then to have wondered what if.  

The same holds true for fitness.  You can follow the pack, believe what the majority believe.  My question to you is- If the majority is right, why are fit people the minority?
