I mentioned the open coming yesterday. What does that mean for you? Well besides doing the events at our Friday Night Lights event, what is your training looking like? Can you do muscle ups? How are double unders going? HSPU, you knock them out of the park right?Do you spend focused time training your weaknesses, or as we like to call them goats? How about focused time with a coach?
Your answer is most likely no, but here’s what we are going to do for you…..
We are going to do some focused training specifically for the CrossFit Open. I am going to hold a class two times a week focused on training the things that you are probably not good at. It will be programmed out, skill work heavy, and include a workout that will increase your performance at the open. You don’t have to be registered for the CF Open to participate in this class, you do however have to be at unlimited status, because I am going to give you customized ancillary work for you to do on your own time that will progress you even faster.
What does that mean for you? Do you have to sign a new 12 month contract? NOPE! We are offering a special deal specifically for the open….
We are offering a two month unlimited membership upgrade. The cost will be whatever the difference is of what you are currently paying to take you to unlimited status for two months.
