Never worked out before? No problem. Many of our people have never worked out in their life before getting started with us, so you’re in good company!

Uncomfortable or intimidated using weights? That’s ok. Our coaches will go over technique in detail and make sure you are moving appropriately, they will also adjust the weights and movements so that you can do it well. We hear time and time again that the difference between us and most other fitness programs is that we actually care about our people. Other programs claim they have certified coaches, but many of their part time staff have weekend seminar certifications, or are just “certified” in that gym’s specific program. Our staff are professionals. They’ve put in years of study, many have degrees in related fields, and are exceptional at what they do.

Winning the Mental Game

Every session, we focus on not only the physical aspects of training, but also the mental aspects as well.

We like to give you tips, tools, and tactics to cope with stress, difficult situations, and self- defeating thoughts. We truly believe that to be successful in anything, we have to master our mindset, and we focus on creating positive, growth mindsets in every class. Many exercise professionals have been thin or healthy their entire lives, all of our coaches have walked the walk. The difference is we’ve been there, we know what it’s like to be unhealthy, and unhappy with your body, what it’s like to struggle to go up the stairs. We’ve lived that life, and through our programs have changed our own bodies and our own lives. Every coach has a story most likely similar to yours, and we can walk arm and arm with you on your fitness journey understanding you every step of the way.
