Today we celebrate Memorial Day. It’s a day where we spend a bit of time reflecting on those that lost theirs lives while protecting our freedoms. We do a hero workout on Memorial Day to honor the fallen in our own little way. We suffer through a workout like that to honor the suffering that their families have endured for their loss, and the suffering that can no longer take place for the fallen heroes.
I am able to work freely, write freely, and live my life without worry of tyranny because of the sacrifices of the men and women in our armed forces….
So from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU for your sacrifices.
