Group Air Squat –> Wall Ball instruction

Met Con:

Partner WOD Ladder

Partner 1 does 1 rep, partner 2 does 1 rep; partner 1 does 2 reps, partner 2 does 2 reps etc. ?until 4 minutes at each movement is complete.

Wall Ball x 4 minutes

Burpees x 4 minutes

Box Jumps x 4 minutes
