1-29-17… Glad to Be Back…..

Between final year activities, travel, snow days, and more travel it’s been quite a bit of time since Krystal and I were consistent in the gym.  Everyone is busy, and everyone has a life believe me I get it.  We let life get in the way and like most of us do a few times during the year, we put our workouts on the back burner.  Now it’s time to get back into the grind, and as much as it hurts, it also feels good to be back at it.  I’m not happy with where my fitness is right now, but I know I made choices that put me there, and I’m now making choices to get back on track.

Life is always a balancing act, juggling priorities, making cuts and sacrifices in one way or another to accomplish the goals at hand. I’m excited to be on this journey with you. I ask that you not judge me for it.  We are not perfect but rather perfectly imperfect.  I don’t pretend to be some high and mighty person who only posts the highlights of my perfect life on social media.  I’m real, I struggle, I hurt, I make mistakes, I get behind, and I get back up and try again.  Let’s do the journey together.
