1-4-16… Addicted to The Result revisited…

Guess what guys and gals, you don’t have to love the work.  Sometimes the work is hard.  Sometimes it down right sucks.  Sometimes you don’t feel up to it.  Sometimes it’s all you can do to get out of bed that morning.  Sometimes you want to eat the freaking ice cream.  Sometimes you want to skip workouts.  Sometimes you don’t want to do the work.

The difference between those that are ultimately successful and those that aren’t is that you don’t have to love the work.  Sometimes work is just work. The difference is that the ones who are successful do the work even when they don’t want to.  They do the work because even if they don’t love the work, they love the results.  They are addicted to the results, and that’s what keeps them going.

Do you really want it?  If you really do get up and do the work.  Get it done.  Rise and grind.  Don’t pay lip service but actually do it.  Then when everyone else is sitting around complaining about how they wish they could look as good as you but they’ve got some kind of bs excuse on why they can’t, you know the truth.

You earned it.

You don’t have to love the work, but love the results, become addicted to the results, and see where you end up.
