We are beginning a new lifting cycle.  Last cycle we saw tons and tons of PR’s even with our more advanced athletes which is fantastic!

That being said, success in this template is entirely dependent on building on what you’ve already accomplished.  In order to see the most success on this lifting sequence you must must must write your stuff down.  We have to know what you’ve accomplished so far in order to know what to add onto.

Know your numbers, write them down and let’s see what you can accomplish this round!
