1000 Lives a Day CrossFit in Memphis

I have this dream.  I dream that we can change Memphis, TN.  I dream that we can be off of the top 10 fattest cities in the world list.  In this dream I have a vision.  Do you ever have a dream or a vision?  What’s your vision?  Where do you want to be in 5 years…10 years?  What kind of impact do you want to make?  

My vision is simple… I want to be positively affecting 1000 lives on any given day.  I want 1000 people at one time to be a part of our program.  Not all in one gym of course.  I have other programs that I want to start, but that number is my magic number.  That’s what I lay awake thinking about.  I feel like if we are impacting 1000 people every day in some form or fashion of our program, we will be having an amazing impact on even more.  I feel that each one of our people probably come in contact with 10 others from their circle.  If that’s the case, we have 10,000 people spreading the message of fitness and health every single day.  

That’s enough to make an impact.  

That’s enough good people doing enough good things to positively change a city.  That’s people uniting for a common cause, and that’s their personal health.  When you focus on your health and the discipline that entails the research shows tons of other aspects of your life fall into line.  You make more money when you are healthier.  You are nicer to people when you feel good.  You are more productive when you are healthier.  Imagine if 10,000 people a day all saw those benefits?  What kind of Memphis could that be?  

You can be a part of that change.  In fact, you HAVE to be a part of that change for any change at all to happen.  We can not do it without you.  Spread the word.  Bring your friends to our event this weekend. Show people how awesome they can be!  Have a great week!
