11-21-17…. It’s The Deed Not the Doer…

Have you ever noticed someone who had a certain situation and then no matter what didn’t change their situation?

For many of you this could possibly describe your fat loss story before you joined us. Or it could even describe your fat loss journey now. You joined the gym but you haven’t made any progress.

This typically leads to you feeling miserable about yourself and your efforts. We call ourselves, lazy, or stupid, or out of shape, or too busy, or whatever label we want to put on it, but in reality none of those things matter.

You see, it’s not the doer that’s the problem. It’s not you in particular that is the issue.

Did I just say that? Yes I did the problem isn’t you. The problem is the deed you are doing or more likely in our case, not doing.

You see the issue always lies in the actions we take not the person. If you aren’t getting results, it’s because the actions you take are not consistent with actions that create results.

I know that may be a hard pill to swallow.

We all want to blame a medical condition, or our metabolism, or our work schedule, or whatever.

But in reality, it’s your decision of either action to counter act what we are trying to so, or the decision of inaction to not do what we are supposed to do.

That’s it.  That’s what it boils down to.

If you want results. Look at the action steps we have laid out before you and do them.

Then look at the steps we tell you not to do and don’t do them.

It’s really that simple.  We complicate it in our heads but it’s all there in our program.

What actions can you take this week in order to continue your progress?
