Thanksgiving is over. The turkey is gone. Shopping is underway for Christmas.
It’s very easy to let Thanksgiving fade into the Christmas holidays and then before you know it you’ve gained 25lbs and it’s time to set a New Year’s resolution again.
Let’s not do that this year. Let’s get back onto the wagon today, and get back into the gym. Stay consistent.
Summer bodies are built in the winter.
