Today I didn’t want to do a workout. I wasn’t feeling it, but I did it anyway. I know that the key to long term results is consistency, so putting in the work day in and day out is what leads to success. You don’t always feel like it, and in fact many many times you won’t, but if you do it you won’t regret it. In fact, most times you do it after not feeling like it, you’ll feel even better because you overcame an obstacle.
