Today I’m talking about our fourth Core Value which is: Practice Gratitude 

A practice of gratitude is critical for a healthy life. It creates all kinds of positive psychological benefit, but most of all it makes you and others feel incredible.  Here is what this core value is and is not for us…..

What it is:

Being thankful

Showing appreciation

Focusing on the positive

Recognizing other’s efforts

What it isn’t:

Feeling entitled

Being arrogant

Taking advantage of others
