If you mess up one day, it happens.
Start tomorrow doing your best. Have more good days then bad, and you’ll progress.
The key is making good choices most of the time.
When you do that, it’ll move you towards your goals. You may need to let yourself off the hook for a slip up, a mistake, or a decision you made.
