Open WOD 13.1

We will be doing this workout Saturday as a gym.  If you want to try it prescribed and see what your score is, we will have judges available for you.  We are encouraging almost everyone to try it as prescribed, register for the open and enter in your score.  Your score could help CFB’s team.  It’s also fun just to see how you fair in the world.  You may surprise yourself.

If you want to do a scaled version of the workout, that will be available for you.  If at all possible if you are planning on scaling please come in at 9AM to do your workout.  

Games season is upon us and we are excited to get this underway!  Come cheer on your favorite athlete at the gym!

WORKOUT 13.1MEN – includes Masters Men up to 54 years old

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:

40 Burpees

75 pound Snatch, 30 reps

30 Burpees

135 pound Snatch, 30 reps

20 Burpees

165 pound Snatch, 30 reps

10 burpees

210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

WOMEN – includes Masters Women up to 54 years oldProceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:

40 Burpees

45 pound Snatch, 30 reps

30 Burpees

75 pound Snatch, 30 reps

20 Burpees

100 pound Snatch, 30 reps

10 burpees

120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
