8-17-17… Long Term Vision….

‘The only thing worse than being blind is having sight but no vision.’

– Hellen Keller

Do you have a vision for what your goals are in fitness?  If you don’t, you’re just spinning your wheels.  When you’re just spinning your wheels, it’s very easy to fall off the wagon and not get back on.

It is critical for your long term success to have a long term vision of where you want to go.  You must set goals and work to achieve them.  Each and every person in our program is assigned a coach that is there to take care of you.  One of their primary roles is to meet with you and take you through goal setting and planning sessions.

Have you done this lately?

Their other role is to check your progress.  It’s important to take stock in what you’re doing and check in to make sure you’re doing the right things to progress.

We do this with photos, and measurements, baseline check ins etc.

When was the last time you did one of these?

Our coaches reach out to you to make sure you’re aware, but they can’t force you to come in.  You need to come in and see where you’re headed.

School is back in session, vacations are over, let’s dial it in and get back on track.

It’s time to check in with your coach.  Use the services that are available to you.  Check your progress.  Set some new goals.  Create a plan, and crush it over the next quarter.
