If that’s the case, what makes up the rest of it?
We’ve known for years that fast food is not a good choice, but Holy Cow, (or lack of cow that is).
The hamburger you are shoveling down your gullet can be 98% other stuff besides meat.
I don’t know about you, but for me that sounds disgusting!
There are definitely better options!
If you are traveling stop at a grocery store, eat at a restaurant.
This ‘food’ is not real food.
I know it takes some planning. I know it can be a hassle, but I think it’s worth it?
