Do you want to be successful at something?  Sure we can talk about training, or nutrition, but let’s talk about life…. 

Do you want to be successful with your family?  Do you  show up?  I mean really show up…. not show up while checking Facebook on your phone, but really show up.  

Do you want to be successful at your career?  When you are there did you really show up?  

Do you want to be successful at friendships?  Do you really show up for them?  

I can keep going but you get the point.  

When you want to be successful at something…. actually show up.  Not just in body, but in mind, in everything.  Just showing up will dictate 80% of your success.  The rest is up to you.

For as long as possible:

From 0:00-3:00  

2 rounds of:   

10 overhead squats, 95 / 65 lb.  

10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00  

2 rounds of:  

12 overhead squats, 95 / 65 lb.  

12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00  

2 rounds of:  

14 overhead squats, 95 / 65 lb.  

14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following same pattern
