Accelerate Class This Satuday

 This weekend is our Accelerate class.  This Accelerate Class is the second class in the Success Track Series.  I teach 1 Success Track class a month.  Green Light, Accelerate, and Overdrive is the order of classes.

We get asked all the time about what you should eat and why. The Accelerate class is specifically about nutrition.  During this class we will go over how to treat food as fuel for performance.  We will talk about what to eat, why to eat it, and how much of it to eat.  We will also delve into supplements and why many of them are important for your health.

IF you have ANY questions at all about nutrition, you should be at  this class!

Did I mention it’s FREE to all members at CFB?
