Are You Willing to Prepare?

Everyone wants to look a certain way, or perform a certain way, but how good of a job do you do preparing for it?  We have people that want to become CrossFit Games competitors or even just look like a CrossFit Games competitor.  After talking with some of these guys and gals you’ll quickly discover that their training regimen doesn’t look like yours.  They spend an hour a day mobilizing, an hour a day working on gymnastics skills, an hour a day lifting, and then they do conditioning on top of that.  Most people say they want to do that, but they have NO idea how much work it takes to get those results.  For you and your goals, are you doing everything you can do to support it?  Are you following the nutrition?  Are you working on your mobility?  Are you being consistent with your training?  Or, are you just paying lip service?  Are you willing to prepare like you should?
