Back on the Horse…

Well I’m back.  Back from vacation.  Back to reality.  I’m not going to lie.  While on vacation I ate some crappy food.  I was a bit lazy.  I relaxed quite a bit.

I’m writing this to let you know it’s ok.  Sometimes it’s ok to let things go for a small amount of time.  Sometimes not stressing about it can help push you through to bigger gains.  The key is that when you get back.  It’s go time.  It’s time to get back on the wagon or the horse or whatever western metaphor you want to use.

I started today back with my nutrition and I can’t wait to see what can happen next.  It was good to be on vacation, but now it’s great to be back home!
