Met Con:

Partner ladder. 
Partner 1 does  1 rep, Partner 2
does 1 rep.  Partner 1 does 2 reps,
partner 2 does 2 reps etc.  You can do
stations in any order.  If you don?t have
tires, you can sub in deadlifts if you want, or just do each movement for 6
minutes and do only 3 movements.
