While we are on the subject of food, our food drive event is tomorrow!  Don’t forget to come to the event, and bring at least 1 lb of food in order to help us reach our goal of 1,000lbs at CFB and 1 million lbs country wide with our Fitness Starts With Food Drive.  No sugar here, just food that would be good for you to eat!
