How many times have you said these things?  I know I’ve said them a million times in my life.  Do you say them about your fitness?  The more you say the first 3, the less you will accomplish.  The best thing to do is just do it.  What’s the worst that can happen?  You won’t get results.  Highly unlikely.  More likely scenario?.. you’ll change your life.
