Fitness Starts With Food 2.0

We are having another Fitness Starts With Food Event December 20th.

All the classes all day long will be open to the public if they bring 2 lbs of food.  Last time we hit 500lbs and I believe we can hit that again.

Remember the food that we want is something that you would consider healthy.  Cans of tuna, salmon, sweet potatoes, peas, green beans etc.  

With your help, we can help feed the people of Memphis that need it.  

I didn’t know this until last event, but the Mid South Food Bank services 400,000 people in this area?. that’s unbelievable!

You can help.  Tell your friends, tell your enemies, tell anyone that’ll listen.  We need as many people as we can to show up and bring their can goods!
