Food Fuels Performance….

During testing week I had several PR’s on my conditioning workouts.  I Pr’d Cindy, Annie, and my 5K row.  Funny thing is I’ve been so busy, I haven’t been training everyday, probably around 3-4 times a week.  What’s the difference you ask?  Laser focus on nutrition.  I’ve been extremely dialed in and strict on my nutrition and it’s paying off. 

It’s not only paying off in my body and performance, but my mental clarity is also better.  I’ve seen gains in all.  I but heads with people constantly about nutrition, but in reality it is a significant chunk of the overall wellness equation.
