Food Tracking

I’ve been messing around a lot with my macro-nutrients.  That means my carbohydrate, to fat, to protein intake on a daily basis.  I’ve been doing some hard core food tracking and sometimes it can get tedious.  If you are interested in doing a better job tracking your food, I’ve found this great website tracker that can help you keep track of everything if you so choose.

Check out  http://www.livestrong.com/myplate/  create an account for free and you can track exactly what your intake is of everything that you eat.  They have pretty much everything on there you could want to look up.  I wouldn’t freak out too much as far as calories at this point, but it is fun to see how many grams of each macro that you eat.  At least it’s fun for me because I’m nerdy like that.  Let me know what you guys think.
