Great Health….

…..begins in the gut.  We’ve talked at length about probiotics and how important your gut flora is for good health.  It’s especially healthy to have the proper gut flora for absorption of the food that eat, skin health, cravings, inflammation and a whole host of other things.  Here’s one more to add to the list; immune function. Your immune system is supported by having the correct bacteria in your gut.  I think the concept of having living organisms inside of you affecting everything about you function is fascinating but that could be just me.  If you are interested in how gut microbes are linked with your immune system, here’s a great article for you to check out.  Let me know what you think!
