I’ve thought about this quote alot. We talk to alot of people about our program. The conversation always goes the same way. Something along the lines of what I do, and then it’s met with a response of several different flavors of I need to do that but…

– I don’t have time to do that.

– I don’t have the money to do that.

– I can’t drive that far.

– I have injury x going on.

– I have a membership at x gym.

The list goes on and on. The funny thing to me though is this….

We all have the same amount of time every day. We just prioritize it differently.

We all find something to splurge our money on… that nice BMW you’re leasing maybe?

You can drive across this entire town in 30 mins tops. I used to drive 45 minutes to go to highschool everyday.

My degree is in sports medicine and I worked with several university sports programs dealing with injuries and rehabilitation.

You have a membership and never go.

Here’s the real answer. Do you want it bad enough to change your current behavior? If you truly want to be great, then you have to hustle. You have to hustle not only in physical effort but mental effort. To be truly great you have to make a decision about what’s important and then throw resources to it to get you there.

I’ll be waiting when you’re ready to hustle.
