Last week we did a few different types of workouts leading up to Halloween. All of them were meant to be fun and meant to get some good work in.
No doubt, some of you were annoyed by the change of pace. Some of the go getters may have gotten a little annoyed if you had to wait on a partner or did a workout out of the ordinary. I want to let you in on a little secret?. sometimes it’s ok to have fun. Sometimes, if you are getting some work in, it’s ok to not be serious. Most of the time we are serious, but sometimes you need to let loose, dress up for Halloween and have some fun, it’s good for ya!
